Welcome to WASP. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, products, and services. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About WASP

WASP is a product design and digital manufacturing company based in Lebanon. We provide services including, but not limited to:

  • 3D printing

  • Product design and development

  • Rapid prototyping

  • Low-volume manufacturing

  • Custom fabrication

  • Design consultation

2. Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance by WASP. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order due to product availability, technical limitations, pricing errors, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Custom manufacturing begins only after the design, specifications, pricing, and payment terms have been approved by the customer.

3. Custom Products

Most products manufactured by WASP are custom-made based on customer requirements.

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all designs, dimensions, and specifications before production begins. Once production has started, changes may not be possible and additional charges may apply.

Because custom products are manufactured specifically for each customer, they are generally non-refundable unless the product contains a manufacturing defect or does not match the approved specifications.

4. Design Files & Intellectual Property

Customers retain ownership of any original files, drawings, or designs they provide.

By submitting files to WASP, you confirm that you have the legal right to use, reproduce, and manufacture the submitted design.

WASP is not responsible for any intellectual property infringement resulting from customer-provided files.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all original designs, concepts, CAD models, engineering work, and documentation created by WASP remain the intellectual property of WASP until ownership is explicitly transferred.

5. Pricing

Prices displayed on the website may change without prior notice.

Quotes provided for custom projects are valid only for the period specified in the quotation.

Taxes, shipping fees, customs charges, or other applicable costs may be added where required.

6. Payment

Payment terms will be communicated before production begins.

For custom projects, WASP may require a deposit or full payment before manufacturing starts.

Orders will not enter production until the required payment has been received.

7. Production & Delivery

Production times are estimates and may vary depending on project complexity, material availability, machine scheduling, and order volume.

While we make every effort to meet estimated delivery dates, WASP is not liable for delays caused by suppliers, shipping carriers, customs, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our control.

8. Product Variations

Due to the nature of additive manufacturing and custom fabrication, slight differences in color, texture, layer lines, dimensions, or finish may occur.

These minor variations are considered normal and do not constitute manufacturing defects.

9. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Provide accurate specifications and information.

  • Carefully review proofs and design approvals.

  • Ensure submitted files do not infringe on third-party rights.

  • Use products safely and for their intended purpose.

10. Warranty

WASP warrants that products will substantially conform to the approved specifications at the time of delivery.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Improper installation or misuse

  • Accidental damage

  • Unauthorized modifications

  • Damage resulting from incorrect operating conditions

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, WASP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, business interruption, or data loss arising from the use of our products or services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

12. Privacy

Customer information is used solely to process orders, provide services, improve customer experience, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell customer data to third parties.

13. Website Use

Users agree not to:

  • Use the website for unlawful purposes.

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.

  • Upload malicious software or harmful content.

  • Copy or reproduce website content without permission.

14. Changes to These Terms

WASP reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

Continued use of our website after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Lebanon. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Lebanon.
